Situational Awareness Classes

Situational Awareness For Everyone 101 (SAFE) w/ Mining Ridge Armory Partnership- Whether you’re trying to prevent a violent crime or de-escalate a situation, this course will empower you to take ownership of any situation in which you find yourself.

This training empowers the vigilant protector with the skills to establish behavior baselines in any setting, then proactively observe for abnormal behavior that could indicate a threat. (6hrs/$85)

Virtual USCCA Developing a Personal and Home Protection Plan- This will be a US Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) virtual class. Learn more about situational awareness, personal safety, home protection, family protection plans, and more from the comfort of your own home! (2.5hrs/$35)

ADG Situational Awareness 1- This class is for students of all training levels. Students will dive into the world of ready body language, pre-threat indicators, reading potential attackers, being better prepared through daily routines, spotting weapons, and presenting ourselves as harder targets. We will then conduct drills and scenarios to practice these skills. (6hrs/$75)

ADG Situational Awareness 2- Come put into practice what you learned with force on force encounters reading body language, spotting weapons, and dealing with potential pre-threat indicators. Then follow us out into the real world for hands on applications at lunch and in stores that you do not want to miss. (7hrs/$95)

World Threat Assessment- This is a bi-annual class covering current world threats on a national and international level to better have an understanding and be prepared. We will also be looking at looming national and international security concerns and plays that can affect us (3hrs/$65)

Technology-Based Open-Source Intelligence Gathering (OSINT) w/ Mining Ridge Armory Partnership- Perfect for travelers, concerned parents, or law enforcement. Learn to thoroughly identify critical aspects of a location, person, or event that could compromise the safety of yourself or those you love.  In an ever-expanding threat environment, knowledge of potential attack vectors is critical. Anything from researching threat profiles for your next family vacation or travel venue to investigating and profiling a potentially dangerous individual will give you that edge to apply the power of knowledge proactively. In this course, you will use your computer to investigate real-world scenarios ranging from advanced work on an event venue to developing a complete profile on a potential suspect. You will learn skills such as: Creating and maintaining a sterile virtual computing environment for investigations, identity obfuscation, dark web navigation and safe practices, compiling only relevant information, profiling people of interest, outlining an advance for event venues (e.g., vacation locations, hotels, etc.), delivering an easy to understand report on your investigation for distribution, and more.
